How We Handle Your Orders

Order Processing Time

• Expect your order to be processed within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays (Monday through Friday).

Curb-side Pick-Up

• We offer curb side pick-up at our address: 2001 Bonnymede Dr, Mississauga
• Since we’re not a traditional storefront, please contact us in advance to schedule a time for pick-up.
• We will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Information

Canada

• Standard Shipping: $14.90 CAD
• Express Shipping: $21.99 CAD

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 CAD

Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We do not process shipments on weekends.
• Standard delivery takes between 3 to 9 days.

Important Note on Duties and Taxes

• Any additional import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

• After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated and visible.
